We require a highly effective teacher of Mathematics, whose practice is instrumental in ensuring that pupils, of all ages and abilities, achieve consistently strong outcomes. The successful candidate must also be able to effectively support other teachers to rapidly and sustainably improve teaching and therefore learning outcomes.
The post will involve a significant amount of classroom teaching and responsibility for classes at Carleton Community High School. The Trust’s Director of Mathematics who is based at The King’s School, will provide some aspects of line management, support and direction for the successful candidate alongside senior leaders at the school.
