Hours: 10 – 15 hrs per week
The Trust is looking to recruit Cleaning Assistants for a number of vacancies in schools across our Trust.
These include current vacancies at:
Carleton Park Junior and Infant School
Larks Hill Junior and Infant School
Orchard Head Junior, Infant and Nursery School
In addition, we are also looking to build a bank of cleaning staff who are able to work for us on a casual basis to cover annual leave and other short term absences.
In each school you will be joining a friendly, hardworking, committed team of staff, in a supportive working environment. We strive for excellence in all that we do, in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our pupils. Our premises support staff are no exception to this.
Successful candidates will have previous cleaning experience in a paid or unpaid setting. Experience of school cleaning procedures would be an advantage, as would knowledge of cleaning chemicals/COSHH and/or previous use of specialist cleaning equipment e.g. buffing machines.
In return we can offer you a generous annual leave entitlement, contractual sickness pay and you will be eligible to join the Local Government Pension Scheme.
All shifts start at approx. 3.30pm, at the end of the school day.
