Pontefract Academies Trust is a cross phase Multi Academy Trust comprising of eight schools, six primaries and two 11 – 16 secondary schools. The Trust is a medium sized family of schools all located within a tight geographic hub within Pontefract. Students are drawn from the local community that includes a mix of different catchment areas.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Office Manager at Halfpenny Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School. This candidate will be responsible for providing a first point of contact for school leaders in delivering and co-ordinating activities that support teaching and learning. They will oversee the reception and administration service within the school, and ensure that all functions are providing effective and efficient support. They will provide and undertake organisational and administrative duties, co-ordinating performance management, recruitment, finance and any other required duties.

This post is a permanent, 37 hours per week, term time plus five days contract, equating to 195 working days per year.
